3S. If pard bids 3NT, bid 4 Hearts.
If you have double of 3D is not for penalty you could double 3D but you sure as hell wouldn't want to defend that!

I like 4D. Pard should pick the right major.

Have you heared about the game which you need use kal geons to play, and you can also borrow kal gold from other players? But you can buy kal online geons, or you will lose the choice if you do not have kal online gold. If you get kalonline Geons, you can continue this game.
Have you heared about the game which you need use shadow of legend Gold to play, and you can also borrow sol gold from other players? But you can buy shadow of legend Gold, or you will lose the choice if you do not have cheap shadow of legend Gold. If you get shadow of legend Gold money, you can continue this game.

has to be 3S, followed by 4H if p bids 3NT. 4D says tell me best suit...could end up in clubs

4D (pick a major). Bidding 3S and then 4H has the disadvantage that partners hand is not protected against a minor suit lead. Even though you have a void in D on a suitable D lead from your RHO it may still be possible to set up a discard on one of partners D.

3H. Game is unlikely with these points and partner having values in D. But probably we can make either 3H or 3S, or be down 1 and still get a good score. Bidding S first would throw away the possibility to play in 3H, while the opposite may not be true.

I would bid 3S. I don't see this hand as necessarily being good enough to be in game. A lot would depend on whether partner has wasted values in Diamonds. Bidding a non-existent game at matchpoints could be very costly. Although 4D has the advantage of protecting the strong hand against a minor suit lead, it runs the risk of overeaching, as well as an unwanted 5C.
